How To Schedule

Step 1: Explore Our Packages

Step 2: Reach Out to Reserve Your Date

Use one of the following methods to contact us and lock in your event:

Booking Tip: Let us know your ideal date, location, package choice, and any upgrades you’re interested in.

Step 3: Secure Your Date

Once your details are confirmed, we’ll send over a rental agreement and payment instructions.

  • 50% deposit required to reserve your date.
    • Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your rental.
  • Full Balance due at least 24 hours before the event.
  • We’ll also request a copy of your valid photo ID to secure the rental.
  • We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance if you’re requesting special upgrades like furniture or snacks.

Step 4: We Handle the Rest

We show up, set up, and light it up. You enjoy the moment while we handle the tech.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to the cost of your rental.
  • If BEAM is unable to fulfill your event due to equipment failure, illness, or other internal issues, we will provide a full refund.
  • Events canceled by the client are not eligible for refunds; we allow one free reschedule within 6 months for weather related disruptions (subject to availability).
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) forfeit all payments.
