Whether you’re hosting a community movie night, a corporate celebration, or a brand-focused gathering, The Spotlight Package is built to shine a light on your vision. We’ll tailor one of our signature BEAM experiences to match your event’s tone, audience, and objectives—complete with optional customization using your business’s branding.

From relaxed team bonding events to full-scale community engagement, we’ll provide the gear, the glow, and the guidance. Just tell us what you’re planning—we’ll take it from there.

Due to the nature of commercial licensing, please contact us directly for a custom quote. Pricing will vary based on your chosen media, event type, and attendance size.

Want to show a movie? Let’s make sure you’re covered. We’ll work with you to secure a public performance license that fits your film and audience. You’ll choose up to three movie options, and we’ll get the best quotes available, then pass the license cost to you directly with zero markup—transparency guaranteed.

Upgrades

Looking to level up your backyard experience? Our upgrades let you take your event from awesome to unforgettable. Whether you’re going for cozy date night vibes with blankets and romantic lighting, or full-on festival mode with inflatable lounge seating, snacks, and candy — we’ve got you covered. These optional add-ons are designed to elevate your setup and wow your guests without breaking the bank. Best of all? You only pay for what you need, and we’ll handle the rest. Just give us two weeks’ notice so we can make the magic happen.

Concessions

  • Popcorn Machine Rental – $30
    (Includes delivery, setup, and instructions; client runs it. Not available for same-week bookings.)
  • Movie Candy Package – $3.00 per guest
    (Boxed candy + 1 cup of popcorn per guest)
  • Snack Bundle for 10 Guests – $25
    (Includes popcorn + candy selection for up to 10 people. Bundles available in 5, 10, or 20 sizes.)
