Some helpful things to keep in mind:
How much space do I need for a movie night setup?
You’ll want a flat, open area of about 20–25 feet wide by 15–20 feet deep for our standard setup. Grass is great, pavement works too — as long as it’s clear and level.
What happens if it rains or the weather changes?
We get it — Florida weather has a mind of its own. You can reschedule once (within 6 months) at no extra charge if weather forces a cancellation. Just give us a heads-up as early as possible
How far in advance should I book?
For basic packages, we recommend booking at least 1 week out.
If you’re adding optional upgrades like seating or popcorn, we require 2 weeks minimum to guarantee gear availability.
Do you deliver, set up, and take everything down?
Yes — every rental includes professional setup, tech check, and teardown. You just kick back and enjoy the show. No guessing games, no tangled cords.
Can I supply my own movie or game system?
Absolutely! As long as you bring a compatible device (HDMI out), we’ll get you connected. Whether it’s a Blu-ray, laptop, or gaming console — we’ve got you.
Is the popcorn machine self-serve or operated by you?
For private events, you or your guests operate it. We provide instructions and setup. This keeps things simple (and keeps us out of snack drama if food is already being sold by your venue).
Do I need any special permits?
Private parties on your property? Nope.
Public/commercial events? You’ll be responsible for permits or licenses (like public movie screening rights if needed), but we’re happy to point you in the right direction.
